My experience with this builder has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, it feels like their main priority is making the sale, and once the deal is completed, the customer service and support are no longer there. Communication has been poor, concerns are not addressed properly, and there is a lack of willingness to work with customers after the purchase agreement is signed. I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a new home from this builder. As a first-time new home buyer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. Recently, we purchased a property from Fernbrooke Builder in Caledon, and our experience has been very disappointing. The quality of materials used was below standard, and the contractor’s workmanship was poor. To make matters worse, the customer service representatives were rude and arrogant, showing little regard for professionalism or courtesy. Overall, this builder appears to be more focused on profit than on customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend that others avoid purchasing from them. Balaji Prathibha
