If you want your job done right and in a timely manner, DO NOT HIRE FERNANDO. They started installing the wrong base at two homes, V-Groove on the ceilings in the same two homes upside down, and never finished the last house causing weeks of lost revenue in the Port Aransas rental market. I had to hire a Houston trim carpenter to finish the house which cost me several thousand additional dollars.
