He took the time to clearly explain every step of the diagnostic process, showing me the readings from his tools so I fully understood what was going on with my 2014 Nissan Versa Note. I called about a problem & concern with my car and I was told they don't work on older vehicles older than 2000 and I feel like that bullshit if you are a mechanic you should be able to work on any car
