The purpose of this review is to warn any potential private parties from entering into a business agreement with this shop. I cannot speak to insurance claims which their web site states are resolved "in a timely manner" but I was forced to wait 6 months before I got my parts back. Fernando, of Fernando’s Auto Body, helped my wife and me enormously, just by being himself. When our little Honda became unsafe because of broken clips and body parts below the front bumper, Fernando realized how much we and our dog depend on that little car because after we sent an email on Sunday, he came to our home Monday to assess the problem.
