Waited for 3 hours this morning at Medical Center Endoscopes for this doctor to perform a procedure. All other doctors using this facility were moving their patients through with in 30 minutes. Dr. Urrutia is terribly slow and inefficient.

This guy seems senile now, I had him for 2 yrs. He ignores the latest medical breakthroughs and is like a record. He’s also very arrogant. He’s going to end up in a bad malpractice suit if he hasn’t already. Worst is, he has no integrity. I’ve never felt like I had to push a Dr to give me care or even try to diagnose. He made my worst time in life more miserable. He should retire.

Dr. Urrutia has been my doctor for years now and I can attest each and every time his care and professionalism has never wavered. Remarkable staff and experience with each visit. And, he is thorough, personable, human and compassionate. Great bedside manner. He takes time to explain his findings and answer questions. I am grateful to have found him.
