Very detailed..always feel like I have the best on my side. Highly recommend Mr. Portuondo
Gets the job done, but at times can be very difficult to work with. Very irresponsive and not pleasant to interact with. He's also not a good communicator. Most of his emails are riddle with legalese and jargon, very difficult to understand.
