Professional and knowledgeable, and personable.
My first time there, very large facility, I went into wrong building, one of the receptionists walked me to the elevators, across one of the many sky bridges, to the proper building and office area.
Waiting area was clean, little wait time, nurses cared about my pain. Once in ER, Dr. Hoffman and nurse Hannah are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great experience for a painful time
