As much as I like Dr. Bobis ,it is absurd that they never answer the phone when you call. Mind you there are people hanging out at the front end of the business.On days that they answer the phone , they will purposely hang up on you. If you guys can’t answer phone calls then you have no business being in healthcare.
No one ever picks up your phone call, in any prompt/department you select. You will have to go in person to request what you need and even still coming equip with detailed instructions in a clear typed request they still will provide you with inaccurate paperwork. It is baffling how this clinic is in operation.
Dr.Bobis is a great doctor.! I have been a patient with him for four years now. He listens to all of my concerns and questions and thoroughly gives proper feedback to improve my issues. All around a great experience, and I highly recommend him to anyone. 5 stars.
