A life insurance claim that my wife and her Uncle had being handled very poorly this agent. The checks were suppose to be from State Farm to our homes we called the clams department ant the said it was mailed to this agent on the 18th of Feburary. My wife called them With the Agents office they mailed checks out on the 26th of February. Here it is March 6th still no checks. Something doesn t smell right about this agent or he just don t care about customer service unless There is a commission every time my wife or uncle call... read more
