First and foremost the wash really aggressively and broke my hair and I’m a natural blonde… also for combing they started at the root instead of at the ends so I lost about a inch just in reckless hair-care. I would NOT recommend they just seem to need/want money to keep the business open in such an expensive location like Bayshore mall Ottawa … seriously go elsewhere. Long hair girlies beware. It takes years to grow back healthy hair…. So why damage it more to require more services
