I have gone here for years and unfortunately just received an awful haircut. I had a picture of what I wanted (face framing layers), but he cut all of my hair with layers and I have a very uneven cut. I called and spoke with the manager and he said there is nothing he can do and to wait until my hair grows out. I would not recommend going here unless you have someone you already trust.

i had a great experience at Fernandino Bayshore Mall location. DAIVY was the hair stylist and was very kind, very professional .He gave me a hair cut,hair colour and hair wash and it was the best hair cut and hair colour i had in the last couple of years. Thank you DAIVY.
