Great experience with this appliance repair service. The technician was on time, diagnosed my refrigerator issue accurately, and had it up and running within an hour. Excellent service!

Given a repair window of 3 to 6. No show. Called and was told it was rescheduled for next day. Told them to cancel my appt. Was put on hold and left there. Hung up and called back. Was told to hang on again and then another person came on and said time was 5 to 7. Very sketchy! Again I told them to cancel and was told they did. They ask for cc on phone and stated it wouldn’t be charged until repair was complete however immediately put a $70 hold on my card. It’s a pending charge and was told it would drop. We shall see! GOOD VALUE!! I was told about this company by a friend. So I tried them for the repair of my oven door, they were good and I had them fixed the AC too. I’ll keep calling this company.

This is a national company, they do not service Fernandina Beach...false advertising!!!
