To be honest, the doctor is a great doctor, but it’s the worst office in the world to try to get a hold of and make an appointment. It takes me taken off of work early to go into the office to make an appointment because they never answer the phones. I have tried calling morning afternoon lunchtime every time, and they never answer the phone Monday through Friday. I wish Dr. Fernandez would read his reviews to see how bad his office is. Dr Fernandez is a great doctor. Since the practice was sold, the service is horrible. They have packed too many doctors into the facility. My last appointment was 2 hours late. I have requested my medical records over a week ago and no response. They do not return phone calls. After 20 years, I'm changing providers. It is unfortunate...
They never answer the phone. Spent 30mins waiting in the english queue. Tried with the Spanish options and someone finally picked up, when I started speaking in Spanish they hung up…. Why have phones if your people do not know how to use them?
