I initially had a consult with Dr. Fernandes and had to cancel last minute due to a severe case of food poisoning. Obviously, this is so inconvenient to his staff and to Dr. Fernandes, but they were more than happy to rebook me and cater to my needs—even after I gave them attitude, because I didn’t cancel as soon as I realized I wouldn’t be able to attend (which, is my due diligence).
