I'm extremely happy with the services provided by Dr. Fernandes and the entire team. They are always helpful and welcoming, with friendly smiles every time. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting braces in the future.
Wonderful orthodontic office through and through, from the front desk with Valerie at the helm, to Dr Fernandes, to the staff. Incredibly efficient, effective, friendly and flexible. Both our children had their orthodontic treatment completed without a single glitch. Wish I had more kids to send them, well almost…!
I initially had a consult with Dr. Fernandes and had to cancel last minute due to a severe case of food poisoning. Obviously, this is so inconvenient to his staff and to Dr. Fernandes, but they were more than happy to rebook me and cater to my needs - even after I gave them attitude, because I didn’t cancel as soon as I realized I wouldn’t be able to attend (which, I should’ve.) This place is a JOKE. 17 years ago - yes, you read that correctly, Dr. Fernandes did my metal braces himself, and I was referred to him by my father, who was HIS father’s patient, so I trusted his character. Firstly, I had them on for 4 years, which is annoying itself, but I figured this is a one time procedure and I’ll have straight teeth for life. That’s not the issue. We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Fernandes and team. From initial consultation to the day the braces came off, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. The team took time to explain the treatments at every appointment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering treatment.
