I called them, made a payment via Venmo right the way and the lady sent me a message saying that my spot was taken by someone else, knowing this was a confusion I called her to verify what had happened. She clearly got confused and did not tried to accommodate me or apologize; instead she offered me to refund the money and hanged up the phone.
