Was a pleasure in dealing with Jacob & the Fernair Team recently. Quoted options were great & well explained. The speed & professionalism shown from the Installer team was also top notch. Highly recommend.
Had an issue with the system they installed, and their customer service was disgraceful. They refused to come out and help, and I was yelled at over the phone. Completely unprofessional — steer clear. Update: I went to another contractor who resolved the issue immediately and was more than happy to help. You want to talk about reality - you’ve lost my business.
Jakob and his team were punctual, professional yet friendly, knowledgable and very easy to communicate with. We had a whole house new ducted sytem installed quickly, with care and with no mess whatsoever.The actron unit is awesome. Their price was also very competitive. All round a really positive experience and a great example of a really well run business. Highly recommended!!
Old Mcdonald Jones aircon, made it to 14 years so a plus. This company did the original install. Brand new 2025 system with app control and literally 1/2 the power, yep got some other apps aswell. Running a business myself I appreciate how important communication and timing is. From quote to install faultless well done and thanks.
