I generally don’t post bad reviews but my first recent experience at Fern’s was very disappointing. I asked the barber to just to trim and clean up my hair. I asked that he use a #4 guard on the trimmer to cut the lower back and sides. Then use scissors to remove the bulk at the top back, lightly fade up the sides and cut 1/4” off the top. And square up the neck. The end result was the sides and back being way too short as I can see the skin beneath and my neck line being raised about 1/4”.
