THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! FAILS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SERVICES THAT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR!!! Their staff actually stole my husbands phone. He left it in the sofa that we were sitting on at the stage, at the end of the night when their unprofessional staff came to take their furniture back to their warehouse, they stole his phone. We found it the day after our wedding, when we tracked it through Apple's "find my iPhone service", it gave their vendors location. Truly unbelievable. I had my wedding this past weeken... read more

Fern N Decor did the decorations for my wedding reception at Queens Botanical Garden. Isha was very communicative and helpful leading up to the event. She met me at the venue a month in advance to help decide on what we would need, color scheme, etc. She then helped us create a package that fit our budget and needs. Isha and her assistant set everything up beautifully the day of the event, and came back afterwards to clean up. I would recommend Isha's services for any type of event.

I wish I can give them no stars. The day before my wedding I was told I can go pick up my bouquet, which consist of orchids(which were an extra cost). I walked in and they hand be dead pink roses. I kindly told the lady this isn’t my bouquet I ordered the orchids. They searched for it but did not bring out my bouquet. At that point I wanted to cry being that my wedding was the next day.
