( Beware of this establishment ) I had a real bad experience at Fern MacPherson the workmanship on my new dentures were so so terrible still can’t believe it never mind the rudeness. After going back to her like 10 different times for adjustments that never ever did help. I finally gave up and accepted the loss of my funds. ☹️ I had to go to another place to buy a second new set this has cost me all out of pocket for both sets thousands. Over the past couple of years, Fern MacPherson has ALWAYS come to the rescue. FULL DISCLOSURE -- Yes I am in media - I operate FVN Fraser Valley News soooooo, I need to have teeth and a partial to effectively TALK ! lolz.. Fern and Faye work very hard and make sure that they go above and beyond to make your teeth perfect. The care and and attention to detail are outstanding. If you’re somebody who is anxious about dentures this is absolutely the place for you. I am so grateful to of found Fern.
Fern came highly recommended by some friends, and I am happy that I went. She is highly skilled and personable and my partial denture fits like a glove with no need to get adjusted not once! Faye is very welcoming and personable as well and I feel like the whole experience was quick and painless and I am very happy with my appearance now. Thanks so much for all your amazing work!
Fern is absolutely amazing! I battle with bad anxiety, especially about my teeth. Fern made me feel so relaxed right away. I appreciate her guidance through out the whole process. Everyone in office is extremely friendly. Thank you! I’m very happy with my new teeth 🙏 💗 Highly recommend Fern!! :)
