My grandpa lives here and it's horrible. Perfect example of HUD living. Inconsiderate neighbors with criminal activity and drug use. And kids do live there. Lots of kids. Lots of disruptions and definitely not peaceful for any retired senior. Management states nothing can be done ever. Be warned.

Received incomplete application after two months which indicated I could not be placed on wait list. Sender also did not include my apartment # when returning application. I ommitted date of birth and phone digit, could this have been completed later? I find it petty but happy to know that I would not perhaps have to deal with as a resident. Wait list up to two years from application sent, anything could possibly change by then!
