This office was not great to begin with and as time goes by they get worse!! They have a very small group of great people that care (Barbie, Teresa, Maria), but good ones eventually leave just when you felt like you had a helpful one in the office. My daughter and I now handle everything for my parents because if not things don't get done! This office needs to change. You can never get through to the office, they do not return your calls, my family member was sick for over a month, was told no appointments and was prescribed prednisone and antibiotics twice without being seen. I personally had to call multiple times, I just kept dialing until someone finally answered and I had to express the urgency and demand an appointment, they order a chest xray give a different diagnosis and now it has been over a week with no results. I am so grateful to my friend referring me to Dr. Fermin when I moved to Florida 3 years ago. I appreciate her time, expertise, and trust her with my health maintenance. Sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment for basic care, but it is more than worth the wait. JLM

I am so blessed to have found Dr Fermin. She is warm, compassionate and so very intelligent. She takes the time to listen without ever making you feel rushed. ❤️
