Dropped in to see Gerry at the office in Brooklyn and he was so helpful and friendly. Really great service from the lovely lady at the front desk too. It's obvious service is a priority for these guys. Highly recommend
Terrible company beware beware beware . We gave the full amount of money up front in good faith to replace a broken camera only 3 years old and to sink another camera. We were given a quote by Amber who was told by technician what needed to be done paid up front We were very uncomfortable paying full amount $1000 then a technician rings me and says oh we don't run cables for new cameras we will have to get a third party involved . Do not purchase Paid extra for features that do not work Very dissapeointng experience.
