Terrible company beware beware beware . We gave the full amount of money up front in good faith to replace a broken camera only 3 years old and to sink another camera. We were given a quote by Amber who was told by technician what needed to be done paid up front We were very uncomfortable paying full amount $1000 then a technician rings me and says oh we don't run cables for new cameras we will have to get a third party involved . My carpark fob remote’s casing was wrecked. The mechanism itself was still working but the top casing wasn’t, and these good people helped me fixed it on the spot. I’m pretty grateful for that because if I had to order a new one, it’ll cost me another $240. Big thank you to Gerry and Alyssa for helping me out with this!
