The 12 month warranty on Fermax Australia security and Intercom systems is worthless as we have had 3 key pads break soon after the 12 month warranty and the Brisbane owner did not care each time...he only cares about scamming more money with more sub-standard products and refuses to escalate complaints to head office owners....stay away from Fermax Australia security and Intercom systems...we were told by Brisbane owner that these are "Made in China so rubbish in comparison to other products on the market"
