We went up to Ferman Volvo from Sarasota to get a used S60 plug-in hybrid, but David Wolfe told us that incentives ad rebates would make getting a new one cheaper. We were so impressed by that, and the quality of Volvo vehicles that we about a new CX90 as well! Alas the deals turned out not be what we were told. Always a pleasure to work with the staff at Volvo. We had an expensive repair that wasnt under warranty and they worked with us in everyway possible to get the best price for the repair. They are always very friendly and helpful.
Brought my Volvo in for repairs after it failed just outside of warranty (frustrating for a higher end car, but not the service team’s fault). James in the service department was great, honest, up front, and got everything taken care of the same day. He set me up with a loaner and has been super helpful answering follow up questions. Big thanks to James and the service department for making a rough situation as quick and easy as possible.
Courteous and professional. I love getting the safety inspection information with every visit too.
