Brought my Volvo in for repairs after it failed just outside of warranty (frustrating for a higher end car, but not the service team’s fault). James in the service department was great, honest, up front, and got everything taken care of the same day. He set me up with a loaner and has been super helpful answering follow up questions. Big thanks to James and the service department for making a rough situation as quick and easy as possible.
Courteous and professional. I love getting the safety inspection information with every visit too.
8/16 Update: In light of the non-answer below, I would like to specifically *thank Jackie in Service* for confirming there's no general policy in place to match (closest to) the size, features, and comfort of customer's vehicle to maintain customer satisfaction.
