This was the worst car dealership experience of my life. This morning we had an appointment to get a diagnostic test done on our F-150. They found what was going on, which is good, now we know. Then as we were on the way to pick the truck up we got a call from the sales department, they wanted to buy our truck. I called about a car and asked the person answering the phone about the Dealer Fees that Ferman Charges. She said they charge $1000. I asked if that was negotiable and was told that it was as long as the offer for the car was good. I went and test drove the car the same day. There were a couple things that needed repaired. I offered the asking price for the vehicle and wanted to negotiate the dealer fee. The next day, the Sales Manager Rob H. sent the car for repair and prepared a proposal.
