Ferman **** knowingly sold me a used ************ Super duty without my knowledge of this modification being done nor my knowledge of this being a non street legal vehicle when I purchased it. In addition to selling me an illegal vehicle they also sold me an extended warranty that will not be honored by any area **** dealerships because the local dealers said its a federal crime to sell and work on deleted vehicles The arrogance of this dealership and their unwillingness to make things right is astounding.
On Thursday 3-23-2024 I received a Ford X-Plan quote for a F-150 4X4 Tremor Super Crew from Flammer Ford Tarpon Springs, FL and Walker Ford. On my was back home in Seminole on US 19 I noticed some F-150's at Ferman Ford and decided ti investigate. No Tremor's at Ferman. What I said on my Google Review - Took my car here in December of last year 2022 and explained to them that it’s not going in reverse - it could still go forward though. Sold me a truck that was used and within 10 days had a rear main seal leak. I brought it back in on the promise of them having to take a look at it and its taking more than 48 hours for them to reach back out to me and then for me whats going on with my vehicle. And do not respond to voicemails.

Worse than most of the sleazy scumbag car dealerships out there. They had a truck advertised on their website which they said they had available and had agreed to sell to me when it arrived. They had it listed for $5,000 OVER sticker price which I agreed to. A week later the sales manager calls and says hey we can go ahead and do the paperwork on this truck it should be here shortly. - Great !
