Absolutely furious with this collision center! Dropped off my truck and a guy named Mike who was extremely rude! He made me wait 20 minutes before I got up to get someone else to help me. I haven’t heard anything in two days from them. I called. Mike told me that he needed way more info and they haven’t even started on my vehicle yet! Never again. “Totaled” my vehicle when it was not really totaled. I DROVE IT TO THE SHOP. They added labor prices to the damage of the vehicle to be able to total my vehicle out. I will never put my trust into this dealership again. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Along with GEICO and State Farm
