Replacement of rear bumper and driver side mirror on my Tahoe Premier. They kept the vehicle for several days and still had to come back for the mirror replacement. After four trips back to them because cruise controls didn't work, the LKA and LDW STILL DO NOT WORK. I don't remember if the Tahoe Premier has LCA. I had a great experience with Ferman Collision in Tarpon! After my car was damaged in a collision, they got me in quickly and completed the repairs faster than I expected. Lisa and Bill were incredibly friendly, I had automated text updates throughout the process, and they made everything smooth and stress-free. The quality of the repair work was excellent. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair!
The staff/customer service were great to work with after I was rear ended. They handled everything through insurance and even called the rental car company to pick us up and then afterwards to come get the rental. All we had to do was drop our car off and then go pick it up when they were done repairing it. They also cleaned our car inside and out! Top notch company!! Thanks Steve and staff.
