Poor customer service and repair. If you can choose a different shop I’d recommend you do so. Lack of integrity and workmanship. Just awful to take a 55k vehicle for repair and it drive worse than when you left it. Go some place else. I thought I’d be safe taking it here since it had the Ferman name. I bought my vehicle from Ferman Acura and it’s now Maus. That should have been a red flag. 🤦🏼♀️
