My husband and I were visiting family in Lutz. Our car was hit while parked on the street. The front bumper was hanging down scraping on the tire. We needed to travel back to Virginia the next day. On Good Friday we came in and with no apportionment Fred took care of us. He called Joe out who attached our bumper up, glued our headlight so we could make our trip home. I can’t say enough good things about Ferman Collision. Fred Johnson is a true professional—he worked with my insurance to ensure OEM parts were used, scheduled repairs around my busy life so I didn’t need a rental, and treated me like family the whole way. Dropped off my Camry for repairs and it looks great. Fred was very knowledgeable and informative in what the process was going to be. Brenda was very nice and made sure I received my updates and was in the loop for the repair process. I'm overall very impressed with the service.

The staff always professional and courteous. I can see a team that works together and always put the customer concern above their own. Brenda is very knowledgeable kept me updated at all time. A great team that makes you feel at easy through the entire process. In the past 6 year, I had three vehicles going flawlessly through this shop. My Dodge Durango was involved on two car accidents in one year and they did an oustanding job both times.
