I can’t say enough good things about Ferman Collision. Fred Johnson is a true professional—he worked with my insurance to ensure OEM parts were used, scheduled repairs around my busy life so I didn’t need a rental, and treated me like family the whole way. Dropped off my Camry for repairs and it looks great. Fred was very knowledgeable and informative in what the process was going to be. Brenda was very nice and made sure I received my updates and was in the loop for the repair process. I'm overall very impressed with the service.
The staff always professional and courteous. I can see a team that works together and always put the customer concern above their own. Brenda is very knowledgeable kept me updated at all time. A great team that makes you feel at easy through the entire process. In the past 6 year, I had three vehicles going flawlessly through this shop. My Dodge Durango was involved on two car accidents in one year and they did an oustanding job both times.
This review is for Tianna. Wish we can give her 10 starts. Yesterday we went w/ a problem on our Acura car and she went ALL the way to solve it. The car looks like new.!!
