Great experience with Ferman Collision of Dale Mabry. Super helpful staff that understood the insurance process and made sure that my 2024 Silverado (was rear ended) was fixed correctly to original spec. Great team and would highly recommend!
Results exceeded my expectations and turnover time was quick. I would highly recommend. Worked with Fred and he did a great job explaining the repair process and keeping me updated throughout.
My husband and I were visiting family in Lutz. Our car was hit while parked on the street. The front bumper was hanging down scraping on the tire. We needed to travel back to Virginia the next day. On Good Friday we came in and with no apportionment Fred took care of us. He called Joe out who attached our bumper up, glued our headlight so we could make our trip home. Fred Johnson is a true professional—he worked with my insurance to ensure OEM parts were used, scheduled repairs around my busy life so I didn’t need a rental, and treated me like family the whole way.
