My truck was in bad shape but they worked with the insurance and made sure it was all repaired well and it looked great when I got it back. Took a long time to get parts but not the shop's problem. I will definitely take my truck back there is I ever need work done again
My MINI Cooper was in a fender bender- my first accident ever - and I was so stressed how the process would go from the insurance claim to repairs. I had a great experience with Ferman Ford’s collision center. They got my car in quickly for repairs and provided excellent communication throughout the process. The service was fast, and I really appreciated how efficient and professional the team was. Highly recommend!
ferman collision was outstanding and Trevor and Ashley were exceptional in their service to my car and to me No one wants to need a collision shop but if you do Ferman is where to go
I had to visit Ferman collision after my bumper was pulled off my car. Obviously a collision center is not someone’s preferred place to visit and spend money at because it typically mean something relatively serious happen to your vehicle. But at Ferman I was made to feel comfortable and kept in the loop on my vehicle and the status of it. The work they did on my car was great and the finished bumper looked good as new!
