Used the collision center. Great job on repairs. Great communication. Fast service.
If I have option to give them 0 stars I will choose that, after keeping my vehicle for month they didn’t fix it right and they kept my vehicle for 24 hr for detail cleaning but it was not clean. Customer service is very bad. Please find some other auto body repair shop. Don’t waste your time and energy.
We are very satisfied with the sale. No pressure and everything went smooth. We needed a minor repair and it was taken care of fast I would shop here again when I need another car.
Brought my 23 year old SVT Focus in for service. The Check Fuel Cap & Check Engine lamps were lit. Check in with Beth was fast. I received a call later on the day from her reporting that the first item to resolve the lamp issue was to replace the fuel cap which makes sense. She also said the tech assigned to work on the car noticed several of the engine gaskets needed replacing which also makes sense due to the age of my car.
