I had a great experience with Ferman Collision Center. While the repair process itself went smoothly and the quality of work was excellent, I ran across some complications with my insurance provider being difficult during the process. Ferman truly stepped up and went above and beyond to help work through those issues and advocate on my behalf. They replaced all my parts on my Subaru that were damaged after my Suzi ate a Mercedes in the rear. The paint job is awesome. Kaylee and Alyssa were great help in the front office...your Go-to Girls!
Attempted to have car repairs done here. Terrible service from the start 5 days in still no return call regarding an estimate or time frame and I have had to make ALL calls, for accident of no fault of mine and there insurance is paying. Taking my business elsewhere.
I came in today a self pay estimate and Carlos and Caroline the front desk receptionist were so nice and helpful I really recommend coming out here. I also repaired my vehicle six months ago and the repairs look really great.
