I paid $6500 cash for a remanufactured transmission. The transmission started having issues weeks after installation took it back to Furman Chevrolet that installed it 10 separate times and are telling me that it needs to get worse for them to find out what the problem is and that, it is not an issue with the transmission. On January 2 **** I called and asked if I could have my 2007 Corvette brought in ( I had it towed) because it needed a new battery and I have had problems with it. Also the battery was still under warranty. For two days they claimed they didnt have my car. After the tow driver went back and showed it to them they realized they did have it. Then they threw my keys in the trash and had to order a new ***********. We are now at 5 days for a new battery! I do not recommend this dealership my XC40/4 years old, ****** some odd miles, has a serious safety issue in which no-one can fix. My vehicle sounds an alarm and then stops short at any speed on any road at any time and because the team at Tarpon Volvo cannot duplicate nor fix the issue, I was told I may never return to the Tarpon Volvo dealership ever again for no reason whatsoever, and I am left with a serious safety issue.
