My car has been waiting in service for over two weeks because their service is short staffed. Don’t refer Ferman Collision repairs to Ferman Auto if they can’t handle the workload. Specifically, don’t let the money grab within the network leave a bad taste in the Colision Center customers mouths. Bad business practice.
At this point in time I can say that I liked interacting with the sales staff. The exception being that they didn't record the mileage correctly. I made the mistake of not checking the odometer myself. The paperwork says 7 miles and there was actually almost 500. The morning after at home I was putting a layer of protection on the car and noticed a chip on the passenger side mirror.
