Had no idea where to start, got their name from FB. The first contact i had was great (didn't catch her name) she listened got all the needed info so she could best help me. She gave me a direction to go even when it sounds like the are booked solid with my type of issue. It was much appreciated!!

Amanda doesn’t speak to me. I am a pro bono 100% disabled veteran, and I’m not being communicated with. I see these other reviews that give such great comments and I want to do the same, but I’m being left in the dark and not communicated to. And I don’t understand why...Amanda will go weeks without talking to me, or answering any of my questions. And then when I do get contacted, all my questions are ignored.
