Had them come out for inspection on a new home. Was told $17k for partial repairs or $45k for a rebuild and repair. Imagine the sticker shock on that one. Called Jeffrey's it was $330 for cleaning, inspection and quoted $1100 for the repair. Who in their right mind has $45k laying around i was there alone as a woman. I definitely feel they were trying to take advantage .
I've used Fergusons in the past and again this yr. They are great. Go above and beyond for the customer. I had bird situations. They took care of it. Reasonably priced
They don't even return ur call
I have been using this company for 6 years I have called to schedule an appointment 3 times left a messages I guess they don't need my business that's fine I will takemy business elsewhere.
