RecommendedI just had to take my car up there this past week. My breaks and rotors were bad in the back. They not only did a fantastic job fixing it, they got it done in a timely matter and was amazing to me. Very easy to work with as I was dealing with this stressful time. Kept me informed on how long it would take, etc. even offered to come pick me up at my home the day my car was done to be sure I had a way to it to be able to come to work!!I definitely recommend Ferguson’s and I will be taking my vehicle to them from now on!
They towed my 85 year-old dad's truck there without asking permission, over-charged for parts & labor (shouldn't have been over $300 total), demanded full payment (over $1000 in charges that they did NOT have permission for doing) and it still had problems when my step mom brought it home. Elder Abuse is a Crime. Dad won't press charges, but Everyone should be careful about this place!
