I am still waiting for a refund for products I paid for on 8/30 but were never delivered. Every aspect of dealing with Ferguson—sales, customer support, warehouse—has been difficult and problematic. Find someplace else.

I had an incredible experience here awhile back and have returned many times since. I worked with Bernie to research and select numerous fixtures for a bathroom and kitchen renovation and was very grateful for his professionalism, expertise, and guidance.
