The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We are owner builders and they helped us sort through our long shopping list. Highly recommend Ferguson
Bad customer service
Arrived 2pm on July 3rd and Austin only person in the will call tried to refuse delivery of 5 pallets. I assured him that it was scheduled and I was willing to help. Finally agreed with a nasty attitude. After unloading Austin refused to allow me to use restroom. He would not even agree to the DOT regulation regarding truck driver access to restrooms. I just got out of the location and had to go to a Safeway store in Rocklin California about 15 minutes away
