I brought in a 2021 crosstrek that was having obvious transmission issues. The dept had my vehicle twice for multiple days and claimed they couldn’t replicate the problem even though every other person that rode in it could tell something was off. So after getting charged 200$ for a software update that did nothing helpful I was sent away with no problem fixed or even diagnosed . Service department is great but getting someone to make the appointment is harder. Most of the time you get someone in another state to book the appointment and they are not knowledgeable about dealership.
An amazing first experience with service! 11/10 Mike was so helpful and attentive. I recently moved from out of state and I'm so happy to have landed at Ferguson. I went in for an oil change and will be sure to come back.
