Its a well oiled machine
This was my second time getting my car serviced here. In and out in 30 minutes. Michael’s customer service was phenomenal. Great waiting room, clean restrooms, and decent coffee.
Was quoted almost $400 to replace one TPMS sensor. The failure happened right after an OTA software update so figured Subaru might be willing to fix it. They are but only at a ridiculous price. I’d be willing to pay something reasonable but this is nuts. Will never do business here again. This was the last straw after a previous poor experience with the service department.
We had an emergency on our Outback driving from our home in Iowa to Dallas. Fortunately it happened in Broken Arrow, OK. Jessie in Service made sure a part was flown in overnight from Japan! Had us back on the road next day. Shout out to Heidi and Chris as well. Great Service team!
