Appliance customers beware!!!! Horrible customer service!!! They do not return your money when they sell you a lemon appliance within the time of the warranty protection. Buy your appliances anywhere but here or you will die waiting. Their head office in Oahu does not call people back and the Lihue office doesn’t seem like anyone knows how to get anything done or how to give an actual timeframe for how long it takes to get anything picked up, delivered or refunded. I was very impressed with the knowledge and service I received from the staff at Ferguson.
Richard was cool and very helpful.
Super rude, arrogant, very unhelpful...Walked in to the front and was greeted and quickly pawned of to a employee with very little patients. I was as if my questions were a wast of his time. Try not to set foot in there! Do you self a favor go else where...
