I come here for all my bathroom needs & sometimes just to say hi to the AMAZING workers. Shout out to the branch manager Matt, always willing to help and making sure you’re happy & keeping the whole place organized! Scott and Karl in the back know just about EVERYTHING there is about bathrooms and water heaters. Niki for a good laugh. & SAM GAYLOR for running things in the back. BEST Ferguson iv ever been too. Oh yeah and Ali is pretty cool too. 10/10 Recommended Also I miss the old counter girl! 😉
Had terrible experience with their customer service. Bought a Wolf range and within weeks the oven stopped working. For two weeks calls and emails went unanswered. Only after I contacted their corporate office did I get a reply. A week later a repair person said it was unrepairable (and had a gas leak). Another week later it was finally resolved. It’s a terrible feeling when a brand new, high end range isn’t working and the dealer won’t answer calls/emails.
