I stopped in at the plumbing supply division to meet with a salesperson to get a material quote on a job. I have not heard back from them yet. Ferguson is difficult to contact by phone and impossible to get them to return your call in most cases. Still waiting to hear from Jeff
Evan at front counter is great to work with. I accidentally ordered the wrong sink and he got the next one delivered the next day. Super friendly and pleasant to work with.
Nice selection. Cost more but worth it
Tremendous selection all on display. Andrew was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely upscale products but you get what you pay for.
Phenomenal selection, phenomenal quality, and most of all, phenomenal customer service. Tracy and Evan could not have been more friendly and helpful and their positive attitudes were simply refreshing. Thank you to all at Ferguson for making this a great place to do business!
