Picked up a perfect trailer. Great job from Michelle in sales also Robin and Bob in service.
My parents took their 2021 motorhome in to have the slide-out repaired. We got a call saying the issue had been resolved, and they charged nearly $500 after replacing one of the motors. But as soon as we brought it home, it was clear the problem hadn’t been fixed at all as the side out still doesnt work. We returned to Ferguson, only to be told it was a factory defect—and they refused to offer any further help. So now we’re out $$$ for a repair they now claim they couldn’t fix in the first place.
