We requested a portable toilet for our home build for 3 months with a weekly cleanout. After 2 weeks, it had not been cleaned once so we called and politely asked for service. Next day we got an email stating due to many complaints, they're canceling our contract and picked up the toilet. Totally bogus as no one had called prior to our one call. We had to arrange for another company to provide service. Totally pathetic customer service. Zero stars.
