My plumber suggested I go there and when plumber open the box, there were pieces missing. When I called the store about it, they transferred me to the Corp office who said the pieces I am missing are not part of the package ( as shown on the box and on the instruction) and that I would need to pay to have it shipped only to receive it in few days.
