Can’t say enough about my consultant Jose Cartright in Fairfield. He helped me design my complete renovation, drawing up three separate price point recommendations (low, medium, high). In the end, the results were beautiful. Fast forward five years, I had a problem with a couple minor parts. He helped me figure out what to order, all of which were covered under a lifetime guarantee. I am a customer for life!

Beware at all costs- employees had a nasty attitude from the moment i walked in and offered zero help. I explained what I was told from my water heater manufacturer, and their response was “I have zero idea what you are talking about.” They continued to be nasty to me so I decided to walk out of the store after the female employee cut me off mid sentence. Great place after visiting 1 star plumbing store. The lady working there is absolutely great! She recommended cost efficient, high quality merchandise. I had to replace brand new Home Depot toilets which broke few months after installation.
