We are remodeling our bathroom and I don't know what I would've done without the help from Tricia in the Allentown store. She took time with me and my husband on separate occasions to be certain that the correct items and colors were selected. Tricia also made suggestions for our tub and toilette based on customer reviews. She made our experience with Ferguson seamless.
Our 1st experience with Tricia was outstanding. Unfortunately when I went back to purchase and pickup the products my wife picked out, she was off and I had to deal with one of her female coworkers who was so rude I finally excused myself and drove to F.W. Webb on Race Street. Within 25 minutes I purchased the exact same products from someone I never met who could not have been nicer.
