Rude counter sales and many common fittings not in stock
The sales rep. Adams hasn’t responded my messages, neither my calls. I have tried to contact him during 3 days without any success.
All 3 people we interracted with were rude and simply bothered. Odd how arrogant there all were. I guess the $2K toilet I wanted to buy and the $2200 I just spent, in high end bathroom fixtures, were not enough for them. We quickly found a competitor that was friendly, informative and with better pricing too!
