I am not sure why anyone would shop here. My contractor sent me here for bathroom fittings. The receptionist ignores you unless you say you have an appointment. When you have an appointment, the sales staff does not show you around the showroom but sits in front of a computer pulling up the most expensive things they sell. We ordered from them anyway and some of the Kohler products are really cheaply made. Exchanged for a different product. Other stores in the area offer much better and nicer service.
Good service but the store does not have half of the goods.
Seriously over priced for everything! The staff was helpful
Difficult to make judgements when a lot of places have sporadic inventory...
