Everytime i go here, there is nobody to help in their showroom. Michelle the lady who says she’s the manager, is very rude demanded we go out the store bc we had no appointment. It was 9:30 am on a wednesday and the Store was completely EMPTY. Management needs to do better

I walked in. asked one of the people for an item. was told i needed to wait on line. when i got to the front of the line, the same guy who i asked and was told to wait on line says instantly "no we dont sell that" huge waste of my time and i bought my shrimp faucet cover at a different store.
I love how I can never get in touch with the parts counter to see if they have something in stock. Not getting anymore of my business. Good job corporate
I would recommend to eveyone looking for bath/kitchen fixtures. I called to make an appointment to ensure I had time to have all my questions answered and was set-up with Carlos. Carlos has been very helpful during my on-going bathtub renovation nightmare. He thoroughly answered my questions and concerns and offered great design advice when I was working to find missing parts to a Kohler rain shower set I purchased 9 years ago.
