Ferguson is a great supply store. I walked in there with very little knowledge of plumbing looking to replace my entire shower valve and not only did they have what I needed to get the job done the associates were very helpful in explaining to me how to do the job as easily as possible. After going to Menards twice and being given the wrong set up for what I needed I came into Ferguson and was in and out in about 20 minutes with the confidence to do the job. Talk to a nice lady for 20 min about a tool to purchase then she said she was wrong person so she transferred me to right person then I sat on hold for 40 min till they closed and the background music was trying to put me to sleep
